I became a people leader at 23.

I knew I was meant to lead but if I wanted to make a BIG impact, I needed to have the right systems, skills & knowledge to be a effective people leader.

It wasn't easy.

I invested hours developing my skills and mindset to understand the core foundations it took to lead with intention & purpose.

All while breaking barriers for being the youngest & often times, the only woman of color at the table.

This dedication and hard work translated into 4 promotions from Senior Individual Contributor to Regional Sales Manager in 4 years.

Today, I’m a High Performance & Leadership Coach utilizing my knowledge & success as a hiring manager, people leader and from my own career transition to support ambitious professionals & leaders achieve their version of career and leadership success.

I help new & middle people managers discover their areas of "genius", develop sustainable core competencies and discover their true potential to LEAD.
