The program is 12 weeks.
An average of 4-5 hours of focused work is recommended per week.
Depending on your comfort level of each focus area, it can be more!
This leadership development program is designed for purpose driven leaders:
Emerging Leaders: You are a senior individual contributor roles leading in different ways without the title (yet!). You are keen on learning the foundations of effective leadership in order to leverage in your day to day work as you continue working towards a people leadership role.
First-Time Managers: You have never lead a team before. You want to begin your leadership journey with clarity and direction as a confident people leader
Middle Managers: You have been leading a team for over a few years now and have never received effective leadership training before. You are overwhelmed with your duties as a leader and need direction & boost of confidence to keep moving forward as a manager.
